CANCELLATION POLICY
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Please review this cancellation policy before booking your appointment with Mariposa Skin Lounge. A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. No shows will be charged 50% of the service. This is enforced to cover the loss of earnings from your appointment that can't be filled on short notice. Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Lateness will erode into your appointment time and I cannot, and will not overrun to accommodate your lateness. Your appointment will still be charged at full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and you will be charged a no-show fee.
